Excuse-proof your workout: how and when to exercise when you're feeling sick and tired

Article Abstract:

Those with a cold can still work out with weights or do aerobic exercises, but they should drink plenty of fluids. If one is taking cold medicine containing antihistamines, treadmills should be avoided. Tips on exercising with the flu, a hangover and jet lag are also given.
