Changing lifestyles brought rewards to three women. One woman went from 430 lbs to 185 and decided to open a boutique for larger women. A mother who went from 168 lbs to 138 was able to give birth to two more children. And a grandmother who went from 214 lbs to 144 lbs, now rides a motorcycle.

Small losses inspire big gains
