Feeling your oats: eat them daily for good health and energy

Article Abstract:

Oatmeal and oat bran are nutritious bodybuilding foods and bodybuilders are advised to consume enough of them. Intake of about 3 grams of soluble fiber beta-glucan is said to provide the oat's health effects daily. Recipes such as tex-mex meat loaf and applesauce oatmeal muffins are presented.

Increasing the intake of teas, whether black, green or orange, does not only quench the thirst of bodybuilders, but also protect them from diseases. Teas are antioxidants which enhance one's resistance against a number of diseases, including cancer and heart disorders.

The dining-out dilemma

Article Abstract:

Bodybuilders have to be careful in choosing their food when eating in restaurants. They should choose broiled, roasted , grilled or steamed food and avoid those that are fried, breaded, creamed, scalloped and buttered.
