Gotcha covered: skin-saving tips to beat the burn

Article Abstract:

It is important to protect the skin from the sun when going outdoors during summer to prevent wrinkles, age spots and skin cancer. One effective strategy is to use sunscreen with a sun-protection factor of not less than 15. The eyes and hair should also be protected from the sun's heat. Products and tips for skin protection are presented.

Bodybuilders should protect their skin from the harmful effects of the sun during summer to avoid skin cancer and sunburn. In addition to using sunscreens, they should go outdoors in early morning or late afternoon when the sun's rays are less harsh.
