Heavy breathing

Article Abstract:

Fitness buffs are exposed to airborne pollutants such as sulfur dioxide, nitrogen dioxide and carbon monoxide when working out outdoors. Exposure to these pollutants can adversely affect the health of those who like to work out outside their homes. Tips for preventing exposure to these pollutants are presented.

Herbs: can they improve the energy edge?

The World Health Organization (WHO) pegs the world's health care reliance on plants to 80%. This figure could further go up with the back to nature movement influencing many fitness buffs. Herbs and plants, however, may also be bad for people.
