Homeostasis: Part 3: Temperature regulation

Article Abstract:

A study that explores temperature regulation, the types of tools used for measurement and how an altered temperature can affect the body is illustrated. Temperature regulation, also known as thermoregulation, is the maintenance of a particular body temperature, regardless of changes in the environment and when the body is in homeostasis the core temperature is maintained within a range of 36-37.5 degree Celsius and the body is supposed to be normothermic.

Skeletal system: Part four - The appendicular skeleton

Article Abstract:

The appendicular skeleton consists of the four limbs, shoulder, and the pelvic girdles, which connect them to the axial skeleton, and it has a total of 126 bones. Parts of lower and upper appendicular skeletons along with the function of each part are described with illustrations.
