Smokers know that smoking cigarettes is an unhealthy habit, but they are not always willing to break a habit that they grow to enjoy. There are many aids, such as medicinal patches, gums, inhalers and even hypnotism to help break the habit. The usual remedy evolves into a sense of desperation when smokers begin to realize how much they are hurting themselves.
