Article Abstract:

The natural tendency to treat adults as kids by their own parents could be due to the reason that it will take them to the time when they were all knowing and all powerful parents which is not a right attitude even for kids as it curbs the independence and the creativity of the kids. Kids will lose their self esteem and may not be prepared for the difficulties they might face when they become adults and treating a dad in such a manner will deprive the kid of a readymade role model who is usually a mom or a dad.
