Macho, macho meals

Article Abstract:

Hamburgers should be made with lean ground beef or turkey and topped with onions, which contain flavonoids that may reduce the risk of heart disease. Low-fat flapjacks are made with nonfat milk, low-fat batter, and egg substitute. Chili, ice cream, and other hearty foods are discussed.

Article Abstract:

Some popular fast food restaurants offer meals that are nutritious and relatively low in fat. Taco Bell's menu includes light taco salad and light chicken soft taco. Meals at Wendy's, McDonald's, Arby's and other restaurants are discussed.
