Mind in bodybuilding: perfectionists may be prone to depression

Article Abstract:

Perfectionism can give way to physical symptoms such as headaches and eating disorders and to more serious psychological disturbances such as depression. It is therefore advisable to set realistic goals for oneself and others and desist from being overly concerned with reaching standards set by others.
