High-intensity exercise offers distinct health advantages over moderate or low-level workouts. While low-level physical activity has its benefits, hard training is still the best option for bodybuilders and other exercise enthusiasts.

Bodybuilding through progressive resistance training is an invention which has proven to be beneficial to mankind. Exercise has been found to be part of the medical revolution as it has been found to prevent diseases.
