Not the same old story

Article Abstract:

The baby boomers, that is, those born between 1946 and 1964 are ageing. This is prompting new safety and health strategies to increase productivity in industries. Some of the steps include flexible working hours for the older generation. The American Association of Retired Persons suggests employing phased-in retirements, part time work and less demanding work schedules for better management of ageing workforce.

Investigation continues into March 23 refinery explosion

Article Abstract:

United States Chemical Safety and Hazard Investigation Board are investigating the causes for the explosion occurred in BP oil refinery on March 23 of 2005, killing 15 employees of Jacobs Engineering Merit Constructors Incorporation. Texas based Jacobs Engineering Merit Constructors Incorporation subsidiary of Jacobs Engineering Group Incorporation based in California are working for BP Global oil refinery.
