Nutrition from the sea: what really lurks below the lid of tuna and other canned seafood

Article Abstract:

Tuna and other types of fish are rich in omega-3 fatty acids. Such substances make the blood less sticky, thereby reducing the odds of the formation of a fatal blood clot in case a fatty plaque ruptures inside the arteries. Herrings, kippers and sardines have the most omega-3s.
