Officials track down pandemic flu samples

Article Abstract:

The discovery that samples of a deadly strain of influenza virus were included in test kits sent to thousands of laboratories around the world resulted in officials at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) struggling to trace the materials and ensure their destruction.
