Wound cleansing: guidelines for A&E staff

Article Abstract:

Accident and emergency units deal with a wide range of injuries, and nurses are increasingly expected to use their initiative and treat these themselves. Suggested methods of treating various types of wounds, plus the advantages and disadvantages of different techniques, are given.
