Overload at the academy

Article Abstract:

An account of how a West Point graduate managed to squeeze in a bodybuilding schedule into his already busy routines in school is described. He proposes a regimen that only requires three exercise days in a week where drop and strip sets are added to compensate for the inability to undergo daily exercise.

Bodybuilding gave him hope

Chris Hayward began bodybuilding at the age of 24 following surgery for a brain tumor. In 16 months his weight fell from 138 to 127 pounds and his body fat decreased from 16% to 6%.
