Recipes are given for Sicilian-style pasta with cauliflower, spaghetti with fresh tuna sauce and fusilli with fennel and peppers. Menu suggestions given include iced cappuccino, sliced honeydew melon with prosciutto, Amaretti cookies and cherry tomatoes.
