Pediatricians aim to stub out vast array of smoking toys

Article Abstract:

Pediatricians Jonathan D. Klein and Jay J. Hinkhouse believe that tobacco manufactures fail to take meaningful action against candy companies that use cigarette logos because candy tobacco products promote smoking. Tobacco industry representatives, however, vehemently disagree with Klein and Hinkhouse. They claim that cigarette companies take aggressive action against manufacturers who use cigarette logos on children's products.
