Pillow talk: with a little help getting a good night's sleep can be absolutely dreamy
Article Abstract:
The National Sleep Foundation 1998 Women and Sleep Poll found that the average woman between 30 and 60 years old gets only 6 hours 41 minutes sleep per day during the week. Lack of sleep weakens the immune system, slows reaction time, and may indirectly cause weight gain. The body craves extra calories to create more energy when it does not get enough sleep.
