Power center

Article Abstract:

Athletes need to train their abdominal and low back muscles if they want to improve their performance. This is because all athletic movements are linked to the core region of the body. Hence, a strong core allows athletes to realize their full potential by gaining more freedom of movement and power. Suggested forms of exercise for training the abdomen and low back include the low-back press, reverse crunch, back extension and abdominal arch.

Get in gear!

Article Abstract:

Individuals engaged in bodybuilding can motivate other people, including their loved ones and friends, to do the same. The key is to educate them about the benefits of bodybuilding and help them adhere to a diet and exercise regimen once they begin. It is also important to serve as a role model when it comes to bodybuilding.
