Reverse age discrimination?

Article Abstract:

Age discrimination against people who are at least forty years old by the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA) by an employer with twenty or more employees is discussed. The dentists will obey the Federal law, which states that there is no bar discrimination against younger workers and will not offer more favorable benefits to older employees than to younger employees who are at least forty years old.

Scientific debate and the First Amendment

Article Abstract:

Some activities of dentists and their professional associations may be covered by the First Amendment. This could happen if a dentist or dental association is sued for expressing a scientific opinion. In several cases, courts had to decide if a professional opinion was really commercial advertising that is normally regulated by the state.
