Seated dumbbell curl

Article Abstract:

Effective seated dumbell curls are done by curling both arms at the same time and using relatively light weights to avoid jerking movement in lifting. This exercise develops the biceps brachii, brachialis, brachioradialis and the pronator teres muscles.
