Should you work out when you're sick?

Article Abstract:

Whether or not to skip exercise during sickness should depend on the location of symptoms. Symptoms below the neck may be an indication of a more serious infection and requires the body to rest. Symptoms above the neck are generally less serious and exercise may be advisable.
