Standing tall

Article Abstract:

Michelle O'Sullivan is over 6 feet tall and weighed 244 pounds when she first decided to join Weight Watchers with a neighbor. Eating less fast food and more fruits and vegetables, and keeping with an exercise program, resulted in a 74-pound weight loss. She says that careful planning and grocery shopping were key in her success.
