Primary health care action to reduce child home accidents: a review

Article Abstract:

In England and Wales, accidents account for the majority of deaths in children between the ages of 1 and 4. A study of recently published literature reviews has revealed that the most promising action for hazard reduction is targeted primary health care action, backed by other resources. An overview of the material reviewed is included, along with analysis on possible methods of hazard reduction.
