A man whose snoring woke his wife on a regular basis sought help from a sleep disorders clinic. There he learned that many men begin snoring as they approach age 40 due to factors such as extra weight and loss of muscle tone. He was able to reduce his snoring by sleeping on his stomach and losing weight.

Research is showing that men who have active sex lives reap physical as well as psychological benefits. Exercise from coupling improves the heart rate and burns calories, lowers cholesterol and increases levels of testosterone. Sex is also shown to reduce stress and improve prostate health.
