Trade confusion for order

Article Abstract:

The University of Wisconsin Medical Foundation (UWMF) has stepped up its emergency care process with a 3-year improvement plan designed to increase quality and save money. By developing a phased-in quality improvement program and implementing consistent emergency practices, nurse leaders help increase their staff's comfort level, save the organization money, and meet Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare organizations' standards.

Emergency management: What's new?

Article Abstract:

Various changes made to the Standard EC.4.20, Emergency Drills of the Emergency Management, which became effective from July 1, 2006 are highlighted. The changes reflected in the drill critiques reveal that the critiques must show involvement and participation from administration, clinical, and support staff.
