Women who have unplanned pregnancies may worry about how exposure to medications, alcohol, coffee, contraceptives, x-rays, and cigarette smoke will affect the fetus. Accidental exposure usually is no cause for concern. The first 56 days of pregnancy are the most crucial for fetal development.

Knee injuries: are you at risk?

Women are vulnerable to suffering knee injuries, particularly from overuse. Since a woman's pelvis is wider than a man's, the thigh connects to the knee joint at a sharper angle, making women prone to knee problems. Techniques are given for preventing knee problems.
