A new entry route for HIV

Article Abstract:

Research presented concerns the pathogenesis of HIV-1 variants, focusing on how the virus may enter the T cells through the CD8 receptor. The physiological aspects of HIV-1 variants are described, and the implications of these findings for AIDS patients are hypothesized.

HIV-1 infection: fooling the gatekeeper

Article Abstract:

It is unfortunate that HIV-1 is able to neutralize the defense in human cell. Susceptibility of humans to HIV-1 is discussed. The different type of productive and abortive infections is described.
