Issues concerning the prediction of possible scientific breakthroughs in the techniques of bodybuilding in 2010 are presented. DNA technology, free weight exercises and computer aided exercise are discussed.

Cardiovascular or aerobic training for bodybuilders should consist of 3 to 4 half hour sessions per week at moderately high intensity rates. Increases in these amounts can result in the high consumption of calories which are otherwise used for muscle building.
