What benefit plan is best for you?

Article Abstract:

Choosing pension and health insurance plans is a complex decision involving a number of interacting factors such as cost effectiveness and the needs of the people involved. For health insurance, physicians must consider the age, number and salaries of their employees and whether they are covered by a spouse. For pensions, the age and number of interested employees are factors. Benefits plans must also comply with federal reporting requirements.
