What causes infectious diseases?

Article Abstract:

Agents of communicable diseases include viruses and bacteria. Viruses cause such illnesses as AIDS and colds. The antibodies produced by the immune system and developed cells known as macrophages are two of the defenses of the body against viral infection.

Bad breath is caused by alcohol intake, cigarette smoking and even digestive problems. Since it cannot be prevented alone by hygiene practices at home, regular visits to the dentist are needed.

How useful is garlic?

Article Abstract:

Allicin is the only known ingredient of garlic with medicinal value. Studies suggest that garlic powder tablets may be effective in lowering blood cholesterol levels.
