Working for free proposal sparks strong reaction from profession

Article Abstract:

The Maldstone and Tunbridge Wells Hospital Trust has taken a new decision, according to which the nurses are requested to work for a day without any pay to improve the financial condition of the hospitals and to save money. The proposal has been criticized a lot by the staff and the union, as they feel that they are already underpaid according to their work and such a rule might just cause more negative impacts and may reduce the quality of work provided by them.
