The health and safety of workers becomes even more important when employees are given independence to work in self-directed teams, with the onus of responsibility often falling on individuals.

World health groups require auto-disable syringes

Article Abstract:

The major world health organizations are calling for a ban on standard, disposable syringes by 2003. The auto-disable syringes which will replace them are impossible to use more than once and will improve safety and healthcare costs.
