Sports nutritionist Marilyn S. Peterson talks about the proper nutrition for athletes wanting to build muscle mass. Her suggestions include eating 15 calories per pound of bodyweight daily for weight maintenance and eating one gram of protein per pound of bodyweight to increase muscle weight.
