The success story of Mark Fields, executive vice president, Ford of Europe and Premier Automotive Group is presented. At the year 2005 Geneva Motor Show, he reported that in the year 2004, despite a highly competitive market, adverse exchange rates, and increases in the prices of raw materials and parts, Ford of Europe had turned a profit, and Ford had increased its share of the European market by 0.1 percent over its share in 2003, to 8.7 percent.

Credited with reintroducing the action/adventure genre, he started his own company Silver Pictures in 1985 as part of Warner Bros and gained a reputation of one of the most successful producers of action films.
