A biography is presented of Australian-born Douglas N. Daft, the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Coca-Cola Co., who spent a large part of his career with Coca-Cola in Asia. Daft's appointment was backed by Coca-Cola board member, Warren Buffett, and his first action as chairman was to eliminate 6000 jobs.
