Vicente Fox Quesada

Article Abstract:

A biography is presented of Vicente Fox Quesada, who was elected president of Mexico on July 2, 2000, when his National Action Party ousted the Institutional Revolutionary Party, which had been in power for 71 years. Fox was chief executive of Coca-Cola de Mexico from 1975 to 1979, and then helped to run his family firm of Grupo Fox, before going into politics.
