A history told in beads

Article Abstract:

Beading and beaded ornaments were part of the Indus civilization. The ancient tradition of beading is still continued in Pakistan where a collector can obtain quality replicas of originals. A bead-drilling demonstration was part of an exhibit on artifacts of the Indus Valley.
