A rapidly growing R/C modelers club designed a training program to promote safety and proficiency. The student program includes a check list, flight log, flight requirements, and a check flight. The instructors' manual covers training philosophy and a lesson syllabus.

Use the rudder

Many remote control pilots, even experienced ones, are not aware of the important role played by the rudder in flight. Proper use of the rudder not only enhances flight but helps prevent crashes as well.
