Can a mini film give major quality?

Article Abstract:

Photographic film technology has improved the quality of 110 cartridge film which has only a 13-by-17mm format. Pictures were taken with a Minolta Autopak 470, which uses cartridge film, and the 35mm Minolta Freedom Escort. The 110 film is more than sufficient for snapshot reproductions.
