WaveRunner XL1200, XL760 and GP800 and Exciter 270 are Yamaha's 1998 line of personal watercrafts and jet boats. The performance of these products were tested by driving them from Long Beach, CA to Santa Catalina Island. Results showed that the boats' engines provide comfort while meeting various sea states.
