Hanger 9 Thunderbolt 60

Article Abstract:

Hanger 9's P-47 Thunderbolt 60 is a semi-scale rendition of an actual restoration painted in the 82nd Fighter Squadron color and with its relatively light wing loading, it has great performance and flies like a sport model. Its general flight characteristics include tracking, stability, aerobatics, glide-performance and stalls and the plane's ground handling is very solid without any tendency to nose over on the short-grass runway.
