Hanukkah stamp to be joint issue with Israel
Article Abstract:
The US Postal Service will begin its holiday series with a stamp showing a modern design of the Hanukkah menorah. The series will feature a different ethnic or cultural holidays each year. There will be 142 mil of the Jewish stamps issued. The history of the Hanukkah celebration is recounted.

A new Austrian stamp for the University of Klagenfurt
Article Abstract:
The new stamp issue honors the 25th anniversary of the University of Klagenfurt. On Jan 21, 1970, the university system was restructured in Austria and traditional university sites at Salzburg and Linz were revived. A history of educational reform in the country is presented.
