Article Abstract:

J. Wells' says that her career of creating teddy bears began after a stroke erased her adult memory and brought her the gift of thinking young. While she was re-learning a pre-school task, a bear appeared in her mind. Since that time she never runs out of ideas for bears waiting to be born.
