Propaganda stamps

The countries that fought in World War II issued many stamps that depicted their enemy in unflattering positions or honored part of their military. Descriptions of stamps issued by Great Britain and the Soviet Union, and the use of forged stamps are presented.

Many countries use their postage stamps as ways to spread their propaganda. Descriptions of stamps issued during World War Two by Germany under the auspices of Adolf Hitler are described.
