The Ficht fix

Article Abstract:

The Outboard Motor Corp has introduced modifications in its Ficht Fuel Injected Evinrude and Johnson outboard motors to correct problems such as blown powerheads and expensive spark plugs that fouled up only after a few hours. The problem was due to the shift from stratified to homogeneous combustion.

Quicksilver's new $1,799 Rhino RIB (rigid inflatable boat) features an extremely tough hull capable of surviving most slow-moving collisions with sand and rock. The V-bottom boat, which can carry 4 passengers, is exceptionally stable.
