Challenge sparks stamp idea

Children at the Westfield Area Elementary School, Westfield, PA, are lobbying the US Postal Service to issue a stamp that commemorates the manatee. The water mammal is on the endangered species list. The third-grade students are implementing a challenge to act on environmental issues.
