The sky's the limit

Article Abstract:

Prominent gem cutters and mineral photographers Harold and Erica Van Pelt presented their latest design in lapidary in the Tucson Gem and Mineral Show in Tucson, AZ. Their work was inspired by an ancient Egyptian obelisk and is composed of piled quartz vessels with an obsidian base.
