10 tips for super-strong glue joints

The ten tips that help strong, quick and easy gluing up of joints in the project are mentioned, which is assumed to be the fundamental skills for better woodworking. This could easily assist many woodworkers, as they are often worried even after the most successful glue-up, whether the joints would withstand the test of time.

In the shop: cutting half-lap joints in thin stock

Article Abstract:

A shop-made jig is used that attaches to the miter gauge to support the work pieces and raise them off the table during the cuts. The jigs used which bridges the throat plate on the table saw, providing a smooth, flat surface for the work pieces to rest on all the way through the cut.
